Escape from Tarkov is currently one of the most popular FPS games on the market. Released by the Battlestate Games studio, it is part of a larger collection of games that share similar features and scenarios. There are more maps you have to go through in order to complete the game and each of them comes with its own challenges. The Interchange map is probably the most challenging one, followed closely by the Woods and Customs maps. There are plenty of things to loot, as well as crates, weapons, keys and so on.
The entire action takes place in a massive mall spread over three stories. While challenging at first, an Escape from Tarkov Interchange map guide will take you in the right direction. Goshan is the largest store you can explore in the shopping mall. It is located on the western side of Ultra — the shopping mall name.
You can find it on the ground floor. Now, what can you find in there? As you get in, you will find lots of provisions on the shelves in front of you. You can find Tushonka, but also plenty of spawns. If you are after money, the cash registers will supply your thirst.
There are 27 of them. There is one requirement though — you need a key to the Goshan cash register. You can find it in a white bus that blocks the road by the new gas station. Both the store and the warehouse are rich in weapon boxes. Do not forget the warehouse either. Plus, there are lots of rare items inside all the lockers, from Rolex watches to Bitcoin currency. A few tech items can be found in the backside of the store — check the shelves for screwdrivers, batteries and others.
OLI is another big store where lots of players will rush for resources. Since the name clearly indicates the purpose of the shop — home improvement, you will obviously find lots of building materials to sort your hideout. You do not really need an Escape from Tarkov Interchange map guide to locate it. Just like Goshan, OLI is located on the ground floor. Follow the map and head south — close to the Emercom checkpoint.
So, what can you find in there? First of all, you got loads of building materials, as well as heavy-duty equipment to use later on, from car batteries to hoses. Check out the cash registers too — not less than 18 of them. Clearly, they require a key.Emercom Checkpoint Extract - Interchange - PMC and Scav - Escape From Tarkov EFT Exfil Guide
Just head over to the office for logistics — the western side of the store.Interchange is a massive mall with three huge shop floors in Oli, Idea, and Goshan. As well as the central tangle of smaller shops with plenty of routes to cut through, staircases to creep up, and escalators to stamp loudly down despite telling your team to keep it quiet.
The access corridors and warehouses mean that it can be quite easy to avoid contact with players and get lots of loot without a shot fired.

Taking out players and Scavs can rely a lot on your ability to hear footsteps, or gunshots, and know how to approach them in the most advantageous manner. With a large underground parking structure, and a strip of outside territory that circles the entire superstructure, Interchange is a varied, deadly, and profitable place to raid. This guide should help you understand the basics of the map, and how to get the most out of your runs.
This also informs your extract location, and while new points have been added in the last update, the main options are still in the opposite corners of where you spawn. Spawns are divided into two sides, Emercom to the east and Railway on the west. Your extraction points are determined by your spawn and will always be on the opposite side of the map. The Emercom spawn points wrap around the north and west wall of the map.
There is a military checkpoint that marks the exfil for those on the other side. The Railway spawns will put you on the east or south walls. Acting quickly will get you into safety before your opponents can get set up. Railway is tucked into the southwest corner and is at the end of a long rail track.
Getting to it involves either crossing a highway, coming through a small wood, or passing through a construction site. All of these can be dangerous so do not let your guard down until you hit the extraction point.
The Emercom Checkpoint is in the northwest and is also alongside a small wood. It is closer to the main structure than the Railway Exfil, meaning that it can be shot into from some outside of the Oli warehouse.
The spot you need is between the vehicles by the tents. Be wary of all the bushes around the exit as these are common spots for opportunistic exit campers waiting to pick you off as you get away with your loot. The Interchange Map is a three-level story mall. There are three main stores to look out for GoshanOLIand IDEA as well as a go-kart track on the outside, an outside area duhand an underground parking garage.

While this map can seem intimidating at first, the relatively small size makes it pretty easy to learn for new players. A big feature of this map is an abandoned shopping mall. The mall has a lot of storefronts and a ton of loose loot but can be pretty close quarters.
The PVP and PVE aspects are part of what makes this map particularly fun as it is very easy to get into intense battles. This map is best when you play with a team. A lot of players will raid this map as a squad making it particularly difficult for lone players. The mall certainly looks like a former evacuation site, with abandoned vehicles in the parking lot and garage and miscellaneous loot scattered all over the abandoned building. There is a large outdoor area of the map, but the loot there is not as plentiful as inside the mall.
Most of the early and late raid PVP takes place outside since most of the spawn points and extraction points are located outside. There are only a handful of extractions and spawn points, and it is fairly easy to memorize their locations making them prime targets for spawn camping. There are a few notable locations in the outside area of the map. In the northwest region of the map is a railway. There are a handful of hidden stashes located in the area around the railway.
This region acts as a spawn point for PMC players and is the location of the Railway Exfil extraction point. These are prime spots for spawn campers so it is a good idea to move out of the area quickly upon entering the game. There is not a lot of loot in these lots, but there are some med bags and crates that can be looted.
Separating the parking lots from the railway is a highway that runs the length of the map on the west side. The southwest end is taken up primarily by the Emercom roadblock and the loading docks for Oli. This region is a spawn point for PMC players. The Oli loading ramps act as a good entrance for the mall proper through Oli. It is very easy to get into the parking garage by heading just north of the loading ramps.
This area may be a good entrance, but it is also a busy one, so stay vigilant. The Emercom roadblock acts as an extraction point from the map but is a very popular area for spawn and extract campers. The garage is broken up into four lots starting with lot A on the north end and ending with lot D on the south end.Escape From Tarkov is the hardcore first-person shooter game from Battlestate Games studio. The next map scheduled to be released in Escape From Tarkov is Town, an urban settlement by the seaside that locals use as an outdoor recreation spot.
In this guide we will focus on Interchange, providing an intuitive map with all locations for keys, weapons, crates, safes, registers, and other loot and spawn points. There is also an underground parking garage, an outside area, and a go-kart track outside. You can easily tell where you are by looking at the location of the mall and some of the other landmarks.
Landmarks include two large signs, a power station, trains, and a checkpoint. If you are unsure, you can follow along the outside of the wall to eventually reach an exit. Remember, only one person per raid can use the Car Exit. Navigating the garage is pretty complicated, so we will do a brief explanation. It might be a good idea to look for light before entering the garage so you know your approximate location, and then base your movement on that.

Located on the intersection of Tarkov's main transport routes, the Interchange connects the city's port with its industrialized outskirts featured in-game as the Customs. The 1st floor of the shopping center is also the territory of the Scav Boss named Killa. He is a heavily armed and armored opponent that poses a serious threat to any, even well-equipped, player. When defeated, he is a source of some of the best and most expensive armors and helmets in the game: Maska 1Sch helmet Killa with a face shield and a specially modified version of the 6B13 M assault armor Killa's version is lighter and does not limit mobility as much, but offers less protection.
Each Raid on the Interchange lasts for 55 minutes and features 9 to 14 players and multiple NPC Scav spawns scattered around the area. Here is, more or less, what you should expect from a Raid on the Interchange:.
